Hi, I’m Claire

I trained in Australia in Stretch Therapy, a unique approach to movement and pain relief that’s new to Ireland. For over a decade, I’ve been helping women in their 40s and 50s break free from everyday aches, release tension, and regain confidence in how they move.

If your body feels tighter, stiffer, or just “not like it used to,” you’re in the right place — and I’m here to guide you gently back to ease and freedom of movement.
