What is Stretch Therapy?

Stretch Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with your muscles and connective tissue (fascia) to release tension, improve mobility, and ease everyday aches in your neck, back, hips, and shoulders.
Because your whole body is connected, tightness in one area can create pain somewhere else. Stretch Therapy helps unwind those patterns, restore balance, and bring your body back into alignment — so you can move freely and feel lighter, looser, and more energised in your daily life.

Why Stretch Therapy Works
Your body is wrapped in a continuous web of fascia — a connective tissue that links every muscle and movement. When stress, sitting, or busy life tighten this tissue, it can pull on other areas and create pain.
